Steel Feather Recipes
Blackberry Steel
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Steel Feathers Blackberry Whiskey
- 3 oz fresh lemonade
- 2 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
- Fresh blackberries, mint sprig for garnish
Preparation:
In a cocktail shaker, muddle two blackberries and two mint leaves. Add the Steel Feathers Blackberry Whiskey, lemonade, and bitters. Shake and pour into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with blackberries and a sprig of mint.
The Rodeo
Ingredients:
- 1.25 oz Steel Feathers Southern Tea Whiskey
- .25 oz Aperol
- .75 oz cranberry juice
- .5 oz lime juice
- .25 oz simple syrup
- Garnish with lime wheel
Preparation:
Prep of cranberry mix: 1:1:1 equal parts cranberry juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Prep of cocktail: Mix 1.5 oz of cranberry mix, 1.25 oz of Steel Feathers Southern Tea Whiskey and .25 oz of Aperol in a mixing tin. Shake. Pour contents into iced glass. Garnish with lime wheel. Enjoy!

Southern Sunset
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Steel Feathers Southern Tea Whiskey
- .5 oz Sallie’s Greatest Peach + Mint Simple Syrup infused with ginger
- 4 oz fresh lemonade
- 2 dashes bitters
- Lemon and mint for garnish
Preparation:
In a cocktail shaker, add the Steel Feathers Southern Tea Whiskey, Sallie’s Greatest Peach + Mint simple syrup infused with ginger, lemonade, and bitters. Shake and pour into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with lemon wedges and mint.
Steel Feathers Blackberry Whiskey Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Steel Feathers Blackberry Whiskey
- 3 oz local Bittermilk Barcoop Bevy class margarita mix made with lime, tangerine, Florida golden cane sugar and sea salt (Sold in our Gift Shop!)
- Fresh lime juice to taste
- Garnish with lime wheel
Preparation:
Shake with ice, pour, and garnish with a lime! Cheers!
