Ruby Rose

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Firefly Ruby Red Vodka
  • .25 oz rosemary syrup (heat up equal parts sugar and water to a simmer. Steep in some rosemary and let sit for 30 mins)
  • 1.5 oz ginger beer
  • 1.5 oz soda water
  • 1 grapefruit wedge for garnish
  • 1 rosemary sprig for garnish

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and serve over rocks. Garnish with a fresh wedge of grapefruit and a sprog of rosemary.
