For two decades, barbecue has held a permanent and delicious place at the Charleston Wine + Food Festival. This year, Toasted turns back the clock with a special throwback event that honors the bold flavors, traditions, and memories that have defined BBQ at CHSWF over the years.

Hosted at Firefly Distillery, Toasted is a tribute to barbecue past, present, and future. Guests will experience a wide range of global barbecue styles, from Lowcountry pits and Texas brisket to Korean grills and Puerto Rican pernil. The evening celebrates the evolution of barbecue while showcasing the techniques, sides, and stories that continue to shape it today.
