Celebrate Jim Irvin’s birthday with an exclusive, distillery-only bourbon release. Join us on Saturday, December 13 from 12–5:30 PM for the launch of Jim’s Birthday Barrel Proof—a limited annual edition created in honor of Firefly co-owner Jim Irvin.

This LIVE single barrel straight bourbon whiskey is bottled at cask strength and hand-selected to mark a long-standing bourbon tradition. With only a small allocation available, bottles will be sold first come, first served at the distillery.

Enjoy the full afternoon with Don Sazon and Coconut Glen’s food trucks on-site from 12–4 PM, and live music from The Six Foot Tide from 2–5 PM.
