Start your weekend off right with an outdoor all-levels yoga rooted in creative movements to build flexibility and strength, led by your Unity Yoga teachers Reagan Sobel and James Burns. This class will ground you, connect you, and invite calmness and transformation into your life. Firefly Yoga is a great way to meet new friends and support local businesses.

Firefly Yoga is an all-levels creative Vinyasa style flow.

• Yoga class is $15 per person.
• Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and whatever else you’d like to feel comfortable!
• Mats are available for purchase ($18) or rent ($5) **please reserve ahead of time when you get your Eventbrite ticket.**
• No children under 10 years old.
