Our Guest Services & Accessibility tent is located inside the venue, to the right of the main entry gate. At the tent, you may:

  • Receive information relevant to our patrons with disabilities.
  • Ask questions specific to the Accessibility program.
  • Request Accessibility Wristband.

Wristbands and Accessible Viewing Areas:

  • It is not acceptable to fake or exaggerate a disability to gain access to disability accommodations. Our Accessibility area has finite resources and needs to focus these resources on providing accommodations for those who legitimately require assistance.
  • All tickets to the Event are General Admission. There is not an “ADA ticket” that needs to be purchased in order to utilize accessibility services.
  • Upon arrival, guests may visit the Guest Services & Accessibility Tent for information on the accessibility wristband program.
  • Patrons with mobility impairments or Deaf/Hard of Hearing patrons can request an accessibility wristband at this tent. This wristband is to show Event staff that the patron plus one companion is eligible to enter the accessible viewing area.
  • The accessibility wristband is non-transferable.
  • One (1) Accessibility Companion wristband will be issued per guest with a disability.
  • Companions may be asked to stand in the back of the viewing area if capacity is reached.

Note:

  • ADA Section is a limited area that is first come, first-served. A wristband does not guarantee a spot in these areas.
  • Patrons are not allowed to save or reserve spots inside the area.
  • Once it is determined that the accessible viewing area is filled to capacity (including adequate aisle space for entering and exiting), the area will not be available for additional entry.

If these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls.
  • Handler is responsible for proper disposal of any animal waste.
  • Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
